As an international customer ordering from this company for the first time, I wasn’t quite sure what to expect—but I’m thrilled to say the entire experience exceeded all expectations. Shipping internationally can sometimes be a hassle, but in this case, it was smooth and hassle-free, and we’re not talking about a litte packet that gets slipped into your mailbox. This was the BrewBuilt X3 Uni 53L that requires a whole pallet for itself. My fermenter was carefully packed and arrived right on time, with everything in perfect condition. Communication was excellent throughout, with regular updates, quick and personal responses to any questions I had.
With decades of homebrewing experience behind me, I’ve dealt with a wide range of suppliers over the years—and this one truly stands out. I was thoroughly impressed by the professionalism and integrity they demonstrated throughout the entire process.
