Inconsistent product colors and bad customer service!
6 months ago I ordered “Cream” curtains from this company and this month I ordered additional curtains (exactly the same color as before). However, the new curtains are a different Cream than the others from a few months ago. The customer support experience has been terrible, they insist that it is normal for their products to be different colors when ordered 6 months apart (to me it looks like a big quality control issue), they also expect me to pay for the exchange of the products and they refuse to send me the updated curtains before I send the old ones back (which means I will have no curtains for weeks). Unfortunately as this is a huge inconvenience for me, will cost me more money and because the customer support is very unhelpful I now sit with mismatched curtains which look terrible. Please beware of the quality of these products and don’t expect good customer service. I would recommend to stay away and take your money somewhere else!
