Unfair pricing

Why does the "Clec Thermo 8 Plus" cost 200 EUR in Estonia but 350 EUR in Finland? And the "Basket Polar 4 Big Wheel" is 210 EUR in Estonia, yet 385 EUR in Finland?

Prices are even lower in Spain, where they go for just 150 EUR and 160 EUR respectively.

Sold on the product. Quality looks good and they seem practical. I was excited getting both. But seeing that level of unjustified pricing discrepancy make it very hard to like the brand.

Why would I pay for both 735 EUR while they are sold for a healthy margin for 310 - 410 EUR somewhere else? That's plain infuriating.

Worse after sale customer service

I ordered a 200€ shopping trolley for my mum’s Christmas present.
The item was delivered quickly within 7 business days however it was way too big for her so I had to return it.
Ever since it has been a nightmare and I still haven’t been able to return it to this date (it has been a month!)
I organised with their customer service to return it, they offer 20€ pick up service which I opted for.
I took time off from work to stay at home, they never came. Then they said they would come the next day, I couldn’t stay at home that day. So re organised for another day. I took again time off from work to be there when they collect but again they stood me up and never came.

This is the worst after sale customer service I have ever encountered.
I just want to be able to return this trolley so I can purchase another one suitable for my mum. Meanwhile she can not use it.

Can someone at rolser please escalate this issue and confirm date and time for collection of the trolley to return it for refund?

Damaged product

When I picked up my package from fed-x the box was crushed and torn. I was shocked that there was was no protective wrapping (bubble wrap) inside the box for protection! The product was free to bounce around inside the box with no protection while on a long transit from Spain to Canada. This was the responsibility of the company! The cardboard box was very thin cardboard. The trolley and all it's many different parts of an extending handle, wheels and many others: there just was not enough cardboard to protect the cart. The product was damaged in several places and we were unable to have it open... as it was bent. I have e-mailed "Rolser" three (3) times and sent several photos. No one has responded! I am concerned as they say you only have fourteen (14) days to return... this only leaves me 7 days and it is the week-end.
