AVOID! Awful company. Do not buy anything from them. The items they are selling are not what they show in the photos or descriptions. Cheap defective alternative in a different material. They refuse to give a refund! Scammers!

Horrible quality and workmanship Product received is nothing like the picture

Clearly I am one of many to be scammed by this company.
Placed an order for valued £51.40 on August 31st. Chased the company by email on Sunday 15/09/24 received an email today advising that my order had been delivered.
No delivery received.
Just checked the tracking number with FedEx, the alleged carrier and the number is invalid!!!!!

I thought I ordered a beautiful knitted sweater for $47. I totally got ripped off worst experience of my life. Instead of the knitted sleeves, it looks like a $10 Goodwill buy

Poor quality products. Pictures on website are deceiving . I purchased an item according to pictures on the website. What I received was big, no shape, and very poorly sweatshirt made with cheap materials. Cost me $39.99USD!. I contacted this company and since they are based in China the cost of returning the item far exceeds the purchase cost. So is a win win for them , they know that you cannot return from USA so they get to keep your money. This business is far from being professional. Their response was “since your cost of returning the product to China would exceed the purchase price we will give you a 10% coupon” what! Like I would ever purchase anything from them again! Lesson learned! Do not buy anything from China!

these are 100% chinese scammers,there is nothing you can do,its how the world is turning,,do not deal with these scammers,,and they use facebook to advertise as well,,

The items they send have NOTHING to do with the photos on their page. Absolute trash.

Well just add me to the list. I too had not checked for reviews and am paying the price. I have been getting the runaround from the company since July. As has been pointed out, what you see is definitely not what you get. Getting them to honour their return policy is next to impossible even after jumping through every hoop they raise. They clearly have no intention of providing a return slip/refund and thus completely disregard their return policy. Stay away from this company!

What you get is nothing like the pictures

Save your money this is not at all what it looks like. It is sweat shirt material that looks a little like the colors in the picture after it has faded after many years

BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE! I wish I had researched this company before I shelled out $126.00. Boy, was I a sucker! Like a lot of other folks, apparently, I ordered the beautifully pictured cardigans for each of the women in my house. They couldn't wait to receive them. When these things arrived, however, they were shiny, printed, crap! -- almost like wearing a plastic bag. We all laughed and cried at the same time. So disappointing.

Do not buy from this company. You won’t get what you ordered. I wrote to them one day after I ordered and read these reviews and asked to cancel 4 times. They gave me a big run around and sent a jersey hoodie, printed and it doesn’t fit. I’m so steamed but I know
If I send it back, I wond get my money back!

Was extremely disappointed in the product not even close to what was advertised never buying off them again

Ordered a knitted cardigan and received a printed hoodie. Looks like my grannies house-coat. Hideous.
As for returns and refunds offered a 20% coupon and told to keep it.
They don’t even want their cr@p back!

I bought a bunch of stuff. I tried to contact them and there is no way to contact them. Phone dose not work, email does not work. I saw pictures of what I bought from other customers it is a scam nothing is what its shown and most people do not get the order.

Items are wearable but very definitely not the linen stated in the item descriptions- rather a printed poly mix. Hard to tell as there are no care labels either - dress did wash well, however. Trousers are ludicrously long (I'm 5'4") but good enough for casual wear. Would usually return but as other reviewers have said this is almost impossible. Poor business practice, won't be using them again.

This company is a fake front for stuff coming out of China. The site that comes through on your charge card is from Hong Kong. I didn't recognize who was charging my card and had my Visa company refuse it. Thus. there is no way to communicate with this companies website. Just a stupid round robin of "go to the service page" which never actually come up. It is not even worth one star

It's called "Bait & Switch". You advertised knitted sweaters, but they are only screen printed images on a cheap knitted material. And the size is way off. Your XL is no larger than a Medium. Poorly fitting. Why is there even a hood? There are no hoods in the ads.

No where on the site (that I could find) does it mention it ships from China, the addresses on the site are are US based. Ordered a Pansy Floral Embroidery Pattern Cozy Hooded Cardigan, it just a print on a regular jersey sweater, no embroidery, not even a cardigan! The pic looks beautiful, raised embroidery, vibrant colors. Nothing like what I received. I am assuming I can't return it because their policy says they won't take back sale items. I was wondering why I got an automatic discount when I purchased it. Oh well, lesson learned!

bad service. You buy 3 items, you receive 2 and they are not responsible. In the end the comparison is very expensive. Don't buy anything there.
