Bad price-value ratio compared to other big cities:
- no city bus route options
- not many museum options included for free

Great purchase. Provided us with easy access to both the Vatican, Vatican Museum, and Colosseum. The hop on and hop off bus gave were a great way to see Rome.

Fantastic way to get round Rome getting you into all the main places and not having to que for the Vatican and st Peters basillica is amazing

Excellent. Well worth the money. Worth it alone for using on the trains and buses. Would use again and highly recommend.

Easy to use. Skip the line. Read the book to take full advantage of the card before you use it.

First because of the time I arrived to Rome and the schedule you have I lost one full day of the three I paid for. Second, I found I could have saved money by not buying it.

I would highly recommend buying this pass when visiting Rome. The staff were super helpful when collecting the tickets, and it also saves a lot of money.

Easy to get and use, is the ideal for tourists

It was too expensive and your website did not let me book St Peters as your website kept saying.nothing was available on any of the dates we were there. And of course you could not book anything until you got the card. We could also not find st Peter's prison as it had the wrong address on the ticket.

Very poor value for money. You need to book well in advance if you want to get value out of it as it was very much booked up when we went and difficult to see what we wanted to.
Buses every 20 or 25 minutes but they weren't letting people on because it was raining and they were full. So full marks for safety but very annoying to stand in the rain, particularly when other site seeing buses went pass in much more rapid frequency.

This was an excellent purchase for myself and daughter - seamless access to the venues we chose - there was a delay going in to the Vatican museum about 5 minutes - I reckon without the fast track it would have been at least an hour - expensive but excellent value for money

Extremely difficult to find the pick up location. The bus map does NOT show where the actual bus stops so you spend a lot of time missing buses as they drive by on the other side of the street.

Firstly when we went to pick up the card we had to queue for nearly an hour. There was only one person available. I don't feel you get the full value. I'd be more inclined to just get a bus tour
Also we were there on the snow and the next day there was still lots of snow on the top level of the bus. It hasn't been brushed away. Very poor for such a touristy city

THIS WAS OUR MOST GREAT STUPIDITY TO BUY THIS UNHEARABLE OMNIA CARD!
They are liars, we had bought two cards still to pay for the entrance to the Vatican, as in most office OMNIA CARD us no one really could not explain properly, and OMNIA CARD + ROMA PASS valid with card 72 hours, turns into the Vatican on their application you can go without queuing and without paying anything for 72 hours, which was fine, but when we recorded 15, and an additional 1 hour led to the Vatican ..... all very silly and slowly from the organizers ... We certainly do not have time all consider until 6 pm, and we were prompted to come the next day, what was our surprise, when Yes, came the next day we literally cursed for what we as the scammers have come once again for the precious map as we dare to spend 250 euros and dare to roll up again. It was necessary to record the audio tone and the controller's response to our arrival ... It's horrible. Never again will we contact any intermediaries.
And I'm stating the fact, we bought tickets to the Vatican again, after we repeatedly went on this map to the Vatican, but directly from the official representatives. Tickets cost only 17 euros! (By the way they are much cheaper than what you say in this office O.R.P.), and nobody will warn that the Vatican gardens are closed, there is a lot to watch, too, need.
The gardens are now open only on Saturdays. In general, do not waste your time, do not buy any cards walk yourself. Half of the museums and attractions, free running at all.
Because of these morons, we did not have time to visit much since their stupid 2 buses out of 1000 coming from other companies, roll people up to 19, when others are up to 21-22. Wait you their buses will be 1-2 hours. Get ready.
None of the official representatives of the sights and does not understand basically how you go faster on the cards OMNIA CARD or ROMA PASS, we also spent a lot of time to find and understand how else to go to this special other entrance to these maps.
About ROMA PASS separately: you can walk, but if there really is no time to wait, if you buy only ROMA PASS))) and so walks by yourself.
The organizers themselves are unpleasant people. And no one even apologized to us.
And they even dared to write to us where we would eat in the future, and began to offer their cards again, imagine this ... .. looks like we were robbed

Oh dear, checking out the alternatives on our return, it's very clear that the Omnia and Roma Passes are a real rip off. Advice to anyone planning a Rome visit is assess the alternatives. Deceit, exploitation and other similar descriptive negatives spring to mind. Seriously wonder if there is mileage in pointing out the scams to the top guy at the Vatican ???

Awful experience as I was not told that Borghese Gallery requires another registration in advance and we ended up going there to find that the registration was full, so the pass was useless and I couldn't visit it.
Skipping the lines was certainly not "very useful" as St. Peter's Basilica was the only place were there was an actual queue, an there were not so many people in there, probably a 30 min wait, at most (we went there late November on a Thursday).
I'm not sure how much money has it saved us as entrances to St. Peter's Basilica, Vatican Museums, Castel Sant’Angelo and Musei Capitolini plus the public transport certainly wouldn't be more than 100 euros per person.

This card is probably a good deal in the summer months, but we went early December and none of the staff at the Omnia office mentioned that most of the museums/castle/colosseum was free the Sunday we picked the cards up. In addition, for the places you did have to pay, the lines weren’t bad at all, and we could have just waited for 20-30 mins for the Vatican and Colosseum... this card is probably worth around 50 euros in the winter, we paid 100 and definitely overpaid. Also we had our Roma card with us the whole time but not once did any bus or light rail drivers check it. Seems like public transit in Rome is completely unmonitored and you could do it for free easily.

Not enough information, if you have problems they not helping even angry with you its like your foult.A bus sing is nowhere! You cant find a bus stop!You have to check the bus where to stop!
I love Rome but i never use omnia pass again!
