Absolutely diabolical
Absolutely diabolical organisation misselling and hoping the customer will get overwhelmed by their convoluted steps to return an item (unpacking the product they sell to take photos of a single sheet to prove they missold) and preventing escalation to management. They are selling roofing sheets labelled as "clear" which in English is COLOURLESS unless otherwise stated. The sheets arrived tinted blue. I've had nothing but absolute shit requesting nonsensical photos, attempting to lay the blame on myself and obstructing our development. AVOID THIS ORGANISATION.

I ordered a roll of 50m x 25mm double…
I ordered a roll of 50m x 25mm double sided tyvek tape and instead received two small paper gaskets. Despite sending images to customer services they refuse to accept they sent the incorrect items and will not refund the missing items. They have now lost a customer over their inability to accept a small mistake.

Velux windows at good prices

Placed an order on roofing materials…
Placed an order on roofing materials totally just under 10k. Nails, rivets and end caps delivery date was delayed by 5 weeks and then never arrived despite they're claims to be delivered. Refused to give a refund on this and demanded I report it to police. Chargeback claimed with my bank today.

The delivery of the products was good
The delivery of the products was good.
I called customer service as i wanted to get the correct products. I went with the requested products. However, when the builders started fitting them, they realised that one of the products that was sent wasnt fit for the style of the roof and tiles. When i called customer service, i was told that it wasnt their probelm and i was told the returns may not be accepted as well, due to the box being opened completely . i am disappointed as i am not a builder and hence called customer service for advice before purchase and if the customer service assumed the tiles were less than 14mm thick, how can i to be responsible?
