Thank you for review, and I am sorry you felt you received a 1* service.
With regards to the invoice, it is sent to you automatically after placing the order, so it might be worth checking your spam folder.
With regards to the return of the items and the lead time. It does state on the product page that these are on extend lead times and to contact us for a more accurate delivery date, it also mentions they are a made to order product and therefore exclude from our standard returns policy. My colleague investigated a return in order to try and help you. At no point were we informed of any of the coping stones being damaged, if we were informed, we could have sorted this out for you with no issue at all.
I've emailed you twice in order to try and see if I could offer some form of help, but I haven't had a reply.

I knew exactly what I wanted to finish…
I knew exactly what I wanted to finish my garage roof completely, and Roofing Supplies offered it at a competitive price. Unfortunately, they didn't have what I needed in stock, but offered to "get them in", and carry on with the order. So, I get what I want, but just have to wait a little.

Great service
Great service, both on the phone and by email. Very helpful tech and user advice, plus keen on price with quick delivery.
The only down I would add is that they might want to review their delivery partners!
Every single can of product came battered and dented. I don't think this is the fault of Roofing Supplies so happy to give them 5*
