Brilliant service, poor product

I’ve ordered from here for years and barring one time I’ve had my orders within 3 days and service is second to none but the product is a let down. They go off quick and I’ve had nasty side effects from them. UK poppers are really poor quality and have been for years now. If you want the real deal order from Europe.

Ten days for a package to be deliver is…

Ten days for a package to be deliver is a joke. Not entirely their fault hence giving three not two stars. Postal service in the U.K. is shocking. Special Royal Mail. I tend to use Hermes and DPD and never have an issue.

Sorry you have experienced a delay with your delivery.

Our delivery partners are royal mail, Hermes and DPD local. We regularly assess the issues we experience with these companies and switch accordingly when the need arises. Unfortunately all of these companies do not provide the service they advertise :/

Sorry you feel there has been a problem with delivery.

I have looked into this problem. Your order was shipped to your delivery address in YORK,.

We used royal mail 24 Tracked service Tracking ref FQ312422579GB and if you look at the tracking ref you can see it was delivered on the 18th January, 4 days before you left this review.
