Excellent service and very useful thanks to zak for doing a good job

I am writing this review not just for formality but for admiration. I have been a regular client in many different estate agents throughout my life, my portfolio is extensive which I am very proud of. Saying this I would like to praise the director ( Mr Courtney), I have been liaising with him for a long time and the guy never gives up, he is always on the ball, always willing to help, and always has been on my side in all my interests. I don't think I could give enough stars to this Gentleman.

I recently rented a property, the whole process went quickly and smoothly and team they was able to give me my requests. The team made my move a pleasure and I would recommend them.

I’m dealing with Roomerang for 2 years now , they are very honest, professionals, excellent manners and managements . I sincerely appreciate they hard work specially during Covid 19 .

Zakaria showed me the room and explained everything thoroughly, transition was straight forward with no hidden charges or headache, all the staff are great and helpful, will recommend.

Coming up on a year I've been posting my review for it to be taken down repeatedly and I'll continue to do so to make other potential customers aware off the business this company conducts. STAY AWAY NO MATTER HOW DESPERATE YOU MAY BE.

Previously took a 3 month lease with Sid and Court . 2 month in to my lease I received bad news which resulted in me paying big money to get the next flight home. I understood I couldn't just leave my lease as I had still had a month left so I found a friend willing to finish the lease with a possibility of re-signing. I contacted them about my deposit for close to a month where I was told each week that they would update me within a couple of days. Every week I sent multiple messages as I have never been contacted until they refuse the return off the deposit. When I asked could I speak to someone regarding the issue they would not supply any name or number off any person in there office just left me with an email. If your thinking off renting a room with these I would stay well clear as London has some real estate agents who will do there job properly.

This review will be here for another year keeping people aware of the business these crooks conduct. Others have left negative reviews but they get reported and deleted, hints why all the reviews aside from this are positive but have probably never done any business with Roomerang.

Easy process and the guys are very professional making my move to London and finding a place to live a really smooth transition

I have been renting a property with roomerang for the past 6months in Acton and I really can’t fault the service they have provided. The property is beautiful at an amazing rate and the customer service Courtney provides is 2nd to none. Always happy to help regardless how big or small the issue is even in the uncertain times of the pandemic.
