Fraud!

After three months of emailing and false excuses I asked for a refund. The funny thing is that I get the same auto reply with excuse of late delivery.

I have reported them to the authorities and from what I can see now the roomox site is down and their new site is dyh.com (Design Your Home) but from what I can see it's the same company.

Ordered 4 Months ago and never received it. I have sent several emails and the answer is always the same "We are not shipping out as fast as hoped for. We have been doing a new year clean up and had to move a lot around at our warehouse.We will be starting to ship out in this week"
It was 1 month ago, I have now asked for reimbursement - will see

It's a scam. They charge you for the product but don't send it, even though web site says "ships in 2-3 days". When you try to contact them, they will tell you that right now there is an unusual amount of orders, and that is why it's taking so long. After that, they will stop responding to your communication.

AVOID!!!

Worst ever! Ordered on black friday and it was a christmas gift to my son. Limted feedback from Roomox ...and no items sent.

i made an order on September 13th for a "pouf géant", that was supposed to be delivered on October 4th but never arrived.
On November 5th I made a refund demand and still no answer. So daily I open new tickets to complain and ask for my refund but all my messages are regularely canceled..

DO NOT ORDER, POSSIBLE SCAM!

I ordered two months ago and still have received nothing but contradictory emails promising imminent delivery. On what I thought was a paranoid whim, I googled "roomox + fraud" and found myself here, reading lots of other reviewers recounting similar experiences. What's more, the few positive reviews look suspiciously fake.

Roomox is either an elaborate scam or a very overwhelmed little company that should be avoided unless you're feeling generous and/or lucky.

Be careful. it is a well-made scam. An order was made but no product was received.

The worst company ever. Do Not order from them, we have been waiting for our Bean bag- products since 12 august 2019 and by now 14 October 2019 we still didn't receive them, by email they sparsely reply that there was a delay due to unusually large demand for the product....... Unacceptable, we also asked for a refund, but no reply

SCAM ALERT! Wil not deliver. No replies from helpdesk, No phone number available.

They don't ship an order and after that do not return money. Simply stealing.

My story is exactly the same as all the others. Ordered, 2 months later no delivery, fake DHL codes, now all emails go unanswered. This company is a scam. They do not deliver. They steal your money, use it to buy the top bean bag key words on google so they are at the top of the search. You assume you can trust them so you order and the cycle repeats itself. Go and report them to google so this doesn’t happen to anyone else. That’s all you can do. Order from them and your money goes up in smoke.

very bad experience ! ordered items in august, still no news from them...am I going to get my products or be reimbursed???

the worst company i have ever seen . I orderred a bean bag over 2 months ago and still no delivery has been done. i have repeatedly asked them to refund the money but i havent got any reply from them.
the most dishnest and cheats i have seen . I dont know how they can get away with this .
Really cheap and disgusting . Never trust roomox

The bags are fantastic. All weather use and comfortable. I first used these when skiing.The quality and the prise are very good.

The most dishonest company I have ever experienced. I ordered a product. After two weeks I contacted them and they replied that even though it said "in stock" when I ordered that the products where not in stock and it would take up to two months. I said cancel my order and they replied that I should send my bank information and it would take up to 30 days. Strange, as it was a credit card charge and usually takes no longer than a week, but fine. No refund and after multiple inquiries with nonsensical responses I filed a chargeback complaint with my credit card company. Super shady company, do no order from them!

The quality is great and the price is fair.

It took two moths to get my beanbag but it was worth of wait.
The beanbag is JUST as I wanted and it's good quality.
It was delivered traight to my door without any extra cost.
During the two months I sent a good few e-mails to Roomox ( some of them angry ones ) and They patiently answered every mail in friendly tone ( although it might have taken time for them to answer sometimes )
I would recommend Roomox to others but you may have to wait some extra time to get your beanbag.
And this message is from a true experiece, not trying to get Roomox rating up

The bags are fantastic. All weather use and comfortable. I first used these when skiing.
There were some issues with delivery, but all resolved and I received quick response on all emails.
