My family was stuck recently with accomodations In Miami
That we thought would accommodate 5 persons.
We were so upset we found rooms 101 on the Internet
They took the time to find resort on sunny isles .
Just had to write a out the service that helped make our vacation ideal instead of real disappointing vacation for my family. The beach was beautiful .We will check in with this company next year and see what they can do for us .
My resort had it all .
Was a little hesitant about going out of the country with my 2 children to cancun mexico .It was all inclusive.
It turned out that every thing was exactly as I was told.We were picked up from the airport .We never had to leave the resort .
The food choices for my 12 and10 year old could have been just a little more. We stayed at the krystal resort.
I recommend it .

DONT USE THIS "COMPANY"!!!!
This "company" is owned and staffed by one person "Margo Taylor" who also goes by the aliases Margo Madden and Margo Weingarten. She uses fake names in her communications with customers. She is rude and seems exasperated to have to speak with people at all. Horrible attitude. They don't use their real company name of MBA MARKETING, INC. and don't list their real location. She only allows cancellations via mail to a PO box red flag) I'm sure they hope you are unable to comply or unable to prove you complied, so they can charge you full cost of services. We abided by the cancellation policy and submitted our written request for cancellation in writing to their PO Box. We also notified them over the phone and via email of the cancellation to allow them the opportunity to pause or remove any automatic charges prior to the scheduled date. She attempted to hit our card for the full hotel stay amount anyway. Luckily we had made sure to advise our credit card that we rescinded the authorization so they would not approve the charge and we fully documented our cancellation and proof of delivery to their PO box location within the allowed cancellation period. As expected SHE has not responded with her acknowledgement that the reservation was cancelled in good order. They also have many fake reviews on several review sites. SCAM
Rooms 101 has some great vacation spots. I booked a tour with them about a month ago or so and had a wonderful experience. I can describe the service as affordable, great customer support and easy online ordering. I will recommend this company!
Living HELL. Make sure to read all reviews before you waste your money on this Scum. You will choose a place/ Package/ and get ready for vacation under the guidance of this One Man Show. The woman running the joint is a joke, and threatened my mental health. My experience sucked and they took my hard earned money for nothing in my opinion! Watch out!

When I tell you the lady Pamela is the rudest customer service rep I've ever spoken with I'm so serious .It's as each time I speak with her she has a nasty attitude as If she used to be a drill Sergent or Slave master in her past lives .She want let you talk .She's sarcastic .She's rude ..She won't let you get a word in unless you say hold up let me talk .I called this morning because it said my CC payment didn't go through and to call a number.I called it anf just my luck got her ( I got her when I first booked the trip and she was rude asf then )anyways I tell her what happens she says we'll I don't know anything about this let me check. SHE got my info and looked me up ..She said I will contact them and ask them to try it again .She called me back and said it didn't go though again .I said we'll I know it's on there .Pam said Sony get mad at us .I said wait a minute I'm not mad at yall .It's not you guys fault it's saying that. I didn't proceeded to tell her how every time I speak with her how bad her attitude is .She then says we'll then I will get someone else to call you back .

Something needs to be done about her. I pick up on negative energy very well and she is definitely it. Ain't noway I'm the only one with a complaint about her..
Pamela on customer service is rude and will not let me talk to anyone else or escalate my call to someone else. I am sick and cannot travel. She told me I needed a doctors note.

Rooms101 charged my family's credit card over four times for a resort stay before and after our stay. When I attempted to speak with Sharon and Pamela, both employees were very rude and accused me of being disrespectful and played the victim. They charged my card $200 resort fee (Branson, Mo) on 18 July 2021, one day after my stay and then two more additional charges on 23 July 2021 five days after my stay. I had to cancel my card and report fraudulent activity and still awaiting to get my money back. It is a scam 100%. They are rude and unprofessional. DO NOT USE ROOMS101. PLEASE. THEY ARE A SCAM.
So far not so good. we booked a stay for out 10th wedding anniversary. I was very clear that I did not want to tour on our anniversary so she booked the day after at 9:30 and I confirmed before paying. then I called and confirmed AGAIN a couple weeks later. just paid my balance and received my confirm email...they booked my timeshare for my anniversary early morning. Even though they requested the change of date he said they may be booked but he'll request it completely un apologetic and no acknowledgment that the mistake was on THEIR end. PLUS didn't find out that the tour is 20 minutes away from hotel with no transport until after paying the non refundable deposit over the phone! I've never been on a tour that wasn't in the hotel itself or they didn't provide transport. now we will be paying for an uber there and back so may as well have booked another hotel full price. That's not how you sell timeshares people!!!

When I tell you that my whole ordeal happened when Covid started. I paid and scheduled my dates to travel to Orlando, FL with my family, but when everything was shut down there was no point in traveling. I called rooms101 customer service to make those arrangements, I was told that the hotels where still open and that I could still travel. Who wants to travel and sit in a hotel room, I could clearly stay home and do that. After going back and forth with the rude ass lady in customer service, we rescheduled it for 2021 spring break. I was getting emails that my trip was canceled because they were trying to charge my credit card an additional amount of money, mind you I paid in full when I booked my original vacation 😐. I called to see why they were trying to charge me, I was told because it was Easter, I would have to pay an additional fee...They are EXTREMELY rude as hell and do not deserve to even be in business. If there is any advice I can give anyone, spend your money with a company that will appreciate you doing business with them because rooms101 definitely is not it!!! Thank goodness I was able to get my money back minus their cancellation fees, I don’t feel I should have to pay a cancellation fee since they were the ones to cancel my reservation!! Trust me, this is a lesson learned and I will make sure I tell everyone I know to run to the hills if they think about using this scam of a company.
Rooms101 made my trip a reality. I can't stress this enough: you CAN go on vacation this year with deals this good. Great stuff!
