Absolutely the worse company to buy trees from, the description and photos of the trees shown are nothing like the trees sent to us the customers I purchased on 3 separate occasions trees as 3 year old establish trees , but every time one tree may be acceptable the other 2 barley sticks with begging to root. Can not ever trust them and will not buy anything from roots again they have lost my custom .

Arrived well packaged in a sturdy cardboard box and in an individual bag ( just like the other 2 trees ) complete with a little soil around the roots, which was a nice touch that shows that this company cares more about the plants and keeping them in good condition than just getting my money. That tells me a lot about this company and it is a great way to start a relationship. The tree itself was healthy and the roots were in good condition. It is all planted up in its new home and probably not enjoying the bed of fresh snow that was its welcome present. I am sure all 3 trees will be fine come spring. My wife wanted to try a red fleshed apple and the price was right.

I am very happy with my apple tree it arrived in very good condition and well packaged, it arrived 2 weeks ago when my granddaughter was staying over so she helped to plant it, unfortunately we have had rotten wheather the last week wind and heavy rain but tree still looking good, I would definitely recommend your company.

Healthy tree that had been nicely pruned with plenty of new growth. I have left it in the 9ltr pot for now and will plant in ground when dormant. The new growth is very vigorous and looking very lush and a nice addition to the orchard. Cannot wait to taste the future fruits. The only issue I had was nothing to do with Roots but the courier had decided to leave early as it was sunny and the tree had stayed in a hot van overnight but all was well in the end despite a few crispy leaves but it has bounced back.
