We've bought 2 plants from Roots
We've bought 2 plants from Roots. They both arrived fairly quickly in good condition and grew well after planting. I've bought a few cheap plants elsewhere that were imported from Holland and they all struggled after being planted. It's worth getting UK grown plants.

Happy with the size of the tree
Happy with the size of the tree, but the leaves were dying off (all the weeping branches have gone) but new shoots starting to appear from the base, so not exactly an established tree if you have to start again.

DX delivery is a nightmare.
DX delivery is a nightmare.
Claimed to have attempted delivery and left a card.
Nope.
Resheduled ..no attempt to deliver .
Mysteriously just changed the tracking to the following day.
Not notified of this.
8 days from dispatch to delivery of a live plant in a heatwave is not acceptable.
Arrived in v v poor condition.

The plant was in a very poor condition…
The plant was in a very poor condition which I reported within 10 mins of arrival and sent some pics over via chat and complained about it the lady said repot it and see how it recovers as the weather is really hot and being in the transit system well it’s only been 3 days and it’s not looking any better so will wait and see for a few more days because at the moment it’s not looking any better ! ?

The small trees are in excellent condition and well packed
The small trees I have bought from you, have always been in good condition and packed so that they can be taken out without damage on opening the box. The only let down is the delivery which is somewhat haphazard in it's timing. The date below is the order date. however the trees arrived on the 14th having been kept at the delivery depot again, and delivered the day after I had waited in for them. In this heat delays like this do not help, especially when they are delivered late with no warning until the end of the expected day, and have to be put in a south facing porch for safety.
