I would give no stars if I could
I would give no stars if I could. When I received the first part of my order there was an item missing. I contacted the customer service representative and was told they would refund me for the item missing. Which I never got. The second part of my order also had pieces missing so again I contact the customer service representative who never responded to me. So I find it very distasteful that they want a review from me after ignoring me and not refunding me my money. I also sent pictures so they could see everything that was missing and no one cared so l will not ever order from Rosalind again unless they fix their attitude and send me what they owe me.

Very bad experience
I placed my order on the 07th of February 2023 and I done my payment as well. But I did not receive my order yet. I sent emails to the their customer service but still not received the reply as well. Then I messenger and ask about my order. They replied again send the emails to their customer service. But they not replied. I got a very bad experience and this is the first time I experience this kind of thing in my entire online shopping.
