Excellent food and service
Excellent food and service - Caroline was so helpful and friendly!
Disappointing
I ordered using Uber Eats. Big mistake! The food took 90 mins from a branch about a mile away. When the food came, the summer rolls were inedible and the curry was a half portion when compared with places like Pho or Wasabi. I got a pitifully small refund from Uber Eats - very poor service form them. I’ve also been to Rosa’s Thai near Carnaby Street which was overcrowded and we waited for the best part of an hour for the food and thought we’d have to leave without eating. We ended up rushing the food because we had an event to get to. Unfortunately, they seem generally disorganised and not well run.

Will be back!
RUDE MANAGER - Alessio
The last time I visited this restaurant was in January 2026 and waited over 30 minutes for my food to be given to me. When l complained to the Manager Alessio she was a waste of space. She has been at this restaurant for so long and she is putting the business down she is very rude and doesn't have management skills.
I wouldn't waste my money going here - why should someone like that get paid for being rude to customers?
Never again
We went to the Clapham restaurant a few weeks ago & I would not go again, we were ignored for so long that other customers came ate and left while we waited for our starters, our meal eventually arrived after we had to keep asking & then the wrong dish arrived, we finished our mediocre food and left.
Disappointed
I ordered a delivery, it's not cheap, £58 including delivery, for two people, once I received the order, one item is missing, when I rang the restaurant and they eventually answered, to be honest, the could not of cared less, it spoilt my meal and I will not be using them again.
Their attitude stinks.
The whole place to ourselves
Rosa's Thai Review
The whole place to ourselves
This is not the type of place I would usually go for lunch. But I thought it was worth a try.
For context, When we arrived at about 1.30pm, we were the only ones there.
This means delivering a good service wouldn't be particularly challenging.
The young lady serving us (Maria) was very friendly and warm.
We were presented with about 4 menus, which i found a little overwhelming.
I thought the set menu lunch, including a drink for £15 was a good idea.
I was looking for a low carbohydrate option, so chose the fried egg rather than the rice as a side.
This resulted in me not feeling substantially fed, dispite ordering extra chicken wings.
I would certainly recommend you give Rosa a try. I suspect if you like Thai food, this would be a good lunch option.
terrible experience
terrible experience, was promised a complimentary meal and then the restaurant backtracked which is breach of trading standards and breach of advertising standards
Rosa's Thai in Bristol
Rosa's Thai in Bristol, very rude staff especially the lady wearing glasses! Food was good but first and last time to visit. Thought it was just me but my daughters noticed it and complained to me!
Lovely Dining Experience at Ealing
Visited Rosa's Thai in Ealing for the first time last night in a group of 6 and had such a lovely experience with the atmosphere, the service and the food. We had booked to go earlier in the year but unfortunately the whole parade had a power cut so we went elsewhere but fir our ore Christmas get together we decided to try again. And so glad we did, the service was so attentive and patient and cheerful. We all enjoyed our various starters and main courses and were asked about allergies. Love that it's all on one level so is wheelchair friendly. Hope to go again soon!
And we were happy to leave a cash tip on top if the service charge included on the bill, they really deserved it!
Really not great
Really not great, went with three friends and not one of us finished our dinners.
We all like Thai but the food was not good at all.
Won’t be going back
Delicious!
Went to Exeter restaurant
Went to Exeter restaurant. Lovely food and great service. Nice atmosphere and good value. Definitely worth a visit.
Norwich restaurant, good vibe poor food
Norwich restaurant
Really loved the vibe and the decor.
The food was not great though the glutinous rice overcooked (a solid lump with no texture), the large plate of papaya salad was the most over priced least interesting papaya salad I have ever eaten (I’ve eaten many). The tofu red curry lacked a decent amount of tofu and the pad Thai was not as good as the ones I’ve had even in other branches of Rosa’s.
That said the duck was perfectly cooked and the red curry sauce divine but on the whole felt overpriced and mass produced without the care usually shown in a Thai restaurant.
Received the Wrong Order and No Help from Anyone
Extremely disappointed with my experience. I placed an online order from Rosa’s Thai through Uber Eats, and they sent me the completely wrong order. When I contacted the restaurant, they told me that because it was through Uber Eats, they couldn’t resend the correct food and that I should contact Uber instead.
Then Uber Eats support said they couldn’t help because the order was already marked as delivered. I had to submit a support ticket, upload photos, and now they’re saying it could take up to six days to resolve.
In the meantime, I’m out of money and out of food — nothing to eat and no help from either side. Absolutely unacceptable. Both Rosa’s Thai and Uber Eats should take responsibility when a customer receives the wrong order. Really poor service all around.
Last customer of the night
Last customer of the night, Nicky was lovely and amazing service, food was outstanding and will be coming back! Thank you again

Starters were fine
Starters were fine. The mains drunken and flat noodle with chicken were disgusting. Big pieces of chilli and the dishes looked like they were swept up from the pavement. Won't be using again.
Norwich.
Massaman curry and chicken salad
I ordered take away with Just eat and had the chicken salad which was lovely but the portion size was more like an appetizer. I also had the massaman curry which had good flavour and lots of chicken but hardly any sauce for the rice. In fact the container was not even a quarter full. I'm a big sauce person, so this was a disappointment.
In fairness, I rated a 3 out of 5 but I have other restaurants that I prefer more. I wouldn't say it is good value for money.
Very poor customer service
Ordered from the Glasgow restaurant online via uber and my order never arrived. No contact number for driver who had taken a photo of a random street nowhere near me as proof of arrival, so contacted the restaurant who weren't interested and said they had no contact details for driver. Said they had done their job making the food and to take it up with uber. Uber told me to contact the merchant, no one taking the responsibility and I feel as if I've been stolen from.
