Fantastic company. Products are amazing. Orders always arrive really quickly and I'm so happy with everything I have bought. I've probably spent about 100 pounds in total but have over a thousand pounds worth of product. Just amazing!! Especially their hand sanitizers and facial skin care sets. Definitely not a scam as I have received every thing that I have ordered.
Product never arrived, claimed they sent a replacement that didn't arrive either. Constantly ignored my emails!! Avoid like the plague
AVOID! They’re a con. You pay for an item and they don’t deliver. Their excuse was that the item, which was small enough to put through the letterbox, was returned because it was “ not called for “ ! They’ve even blamed it on Royal Mail !! I’ve asked them to prove that an attempt to deliver was made but my emails have since been ignored. Very unprofessional company.

Made an order for a product retailing at £17.99 and 3 tiny bottles of the body creams arrived totally damaged, emailed them with pics and they apologized and said they would send another then totally ignored emails, gave me a phone number that doesn't exist. Had no idea they were same trading company of the Rosdon group who I had the same issue with an order from Cougarbeauty, who didn't even send what I ordered stating it was lost in the post, money lost, definitely a scam.
