Sam and his team were incredibly supportive throughout the whole process, he kindly took the time to explain all the details and make sure we felt informed and were able to make the best decision for us, buying your first house can be very challenging but definitely working with Sam made the process a lot smoother.

Rosehill Financial Services have been brilliant. Faisal is super friendly and incredibly efficient, and explained everything clearly as a bell. He kept a very difficult assignment simple for us as clients, which made the whole process far less stressful.

We’d 100% recommend and will absolutely use them again.

I first reached out to Rosehill Financial when my partner and I were urgent need of getting an Agreement in Principal for an offer on an unexpectedly great flat that popped up about a year before were planning to buy.

We eventually did lose out on that offer to a cash buyer, however our experience in dealing with Rosehill was so great that we decided to pay the initial fee of £100 even though the work Rosehill had done for us was technically free of charge because we were certain that we were going to use Rosehill for our future mortgage application.

Fast forward one year later, we have just completed on our flat purchase with a mortgage through Rosehill and could not be happier.

The key things we liked about Rosehill are:

- Sam has an excellent knowledge of the mortgage market and was particularly aware of which mortgage products we would be eligible for in consideration of our immigration status and incomes... something we've had issues with in the past.
- Sam was very helpful for us as first time buyers. He provided an overview of the process, advice on things to look out for with individual properties (such as commercial property underneath flats, etc) and made sure we were aware of risks such as opening new financial accounts during the period between exchange and completion
- We did have some hiccups on the way which required some amendments to the mortgage (not at all the fault of Rosehill) and Sam was able to explain to us when and why we would need to make a new re-application, and when it was time to do so it was processed very promptly. And with an improved rate, I might add!
- Sam and Nichole are both lovely people who are responsive

All in all could not recommend Rosehill Financial more. I've had experiences with other brokers in the past and the difference with Rosehill was immense.
