DON’T BUY FROM THESE CHEATING BASTARDS, clothing is shite they will make you return the goods to china and will cost you £35, also get your refund by Christmas if you are lucky. They do not abide by uk trading Standard laws and they also have little shits to give about this as well. You basically get sent Temu stuff which is poor quality and not fit for purpose
Order never arrived via yodel. Customer service, while pormpt in responding, were of little help in resolving the issue
Told returns were only possible to their warehouse in Asia, which is bluntly illegal practice for a UK commercial website unless clearly advertised during the buying process. Cost of return was obviously very pricy, so was forced to negotiate. Only got 40% back of my money. Not to mention the articles were of very poor quality, advertised pictures are very well taken. Overall scam in my opinion.
