Great price, great earrings
I saw this company advertising on Facebook and was a bit skeptical since the prices were so reasonable. I checked them out here on Trustpilot first and then decided to order a pair of earrings. They were shipped very quickly and they're as pretty as the photos on their website. Additionally, the company sent me an email two days after I received them to make sure that I did get them and that I was happy with my purchase. I would highly recommend them.

Refunding my money
I have ordered from Ross Simon's at least 25 times. Have had no issues. I made mistake on my order, so I canceled the order and made a different order, per my bank, they have charged me for both orders, this is unacceptable to me.

The crucifix ring is much thinner and lighter than I expected. I am very disappointed but I am not going to return it. This experience will keep me from ordering from you again in the future though.

I'm new to Ross Simon and placed my first order for a silver ring. The ring was delivered so fast and packaged very nicely. I opened the box to find the ring I ordered and it was gorgeous. I've only had for about a week so I can't comment on the wear but it looks like it's a quality piece.

Great all around experience
I really appreciate the selection of items to choose from, the prices, and the sales. Example: Of course I would like to buy diamonds, but there are some very nice pieces in white topaz or CZ that are very affordable, too. My orders come quickly, and are really well-packaged in their own little jewelry boxes.
