Great product, does what it intends extremely well.
An pretty much every interaction with customer support, perhaps due to the "enthusiast" license, feels like they truly wish they didn't have to help you. The information on the website is unfriendly and real-time communications simply refer to that cluncky document, as though it took far too much effort to create.
Overpriced, does what it's meant to but way too over priced for what it is licencing model is awful.

Very old fashioned way of doing business and lack Lustre way of dealing with their customers. They don't contact you when they can't keep their end of the bargain, but when they want payment, they answer you straight a way. Still waiting for my product, no word from Ross Tech.
