I ordered from the UK

I ordered from the UK, and have to specifically compliment your company for a very efficient and fast delivery service from the continent to Scotand.(Despite our countries political choices and the inevitable added customs and paperwork this has brought.)

The jacket is beautiful quality and simple style. Love it.

Perfect products

Perfect products, robust packing and fast dispatch. Very good communication during the process. The only downside has nothing to do with Rossignol: the delivery by FedEx has been far from professional.

Jacket 100g red

In my previous review, I rated the shopping online experience at Rossignol.com. In this review, I will share my experience with the jacket I purchased from Rossignol.

First of all, I normally wear a size L, so I ordered an L jacket, but it was too small. I had to return it and order an XL, and Rossignol charged me extra for the return shipping. Why am I being penalized for your inaccurate sizing?

Even the XL jacket is too small! It barely reaches my waist. What kind of men’s jacket is that?

After just two weeks of use, threads are already coming loose on the sleeves. Is this really what Rossignol considers premium quality?

Fix your clothing quality or go out of business!

I recieved a refund of broken jacket.

My husbands jacket broke first time wearing. It was not easy to get a refund through, but I am very happy Rossignol ended up doing it in the end.

Best value for the price

If one is looking for the best quality ski and ski boots, I recommend this brand. Probably they don’t need a recommendation at all, since it is already a well-established brand in the ski community, but anyway, I want to give them some credit.
Recently I bought a pair of skis and boots from them, and must say I am highly satisfied with the quality. Especially the boots. They are light and comfortable.
Maybe this brand is not as fancy as other emerging brands lately, but they are focused more on providing quality equipment rather than fancy ones. Also, the prices are pretty reasonable.

Knowingly selling faulty goods

Last year, I ordered a pair of limited edition Megeve boots. Each pair is numbered. When they arrived in the UK, the poppers were defective. I spoke to Rossignol who advised me they couldn't do a straight swap. I had to put a new order in and return the faulty goods which I did. This year, my twin sister ordered the same sttle boots, in the same size. When they arrived in Greece, it was the SAME FAULTY pair I had sent back last year! Unscrupulous practice! Absolutely unacceptable.

No longer a CUSTOMER after 1week skis

We’ve been a Rossignol Ski family for a long time and have loved the products BUT after my sons purchase of a set of skis this Spring that didn’t last a week, we are going to switch brands. My expectation is that the skis at least last 1/2 season. No Warranty to cover them is what we’ve been told from Rossignol. I really believe skis need to be built to last longer than a week, it’s not just disappointing from a financial aspect but an environmental one as well- do we really want skis and equipment tossed to the landfills after such little use?
I just wanted to clarify some thing that you’ve said so the Rossignol skis cannot take rails or jumps in their usage ?
So they’re not recommended for park use is this correct? So maybe you should advertise that in your advertisement because you’re telling me that an average day of skiing is going to wreck the skis in Park use. We had seven days of use of a 17-year-old boy using the skis that doesn’t weigh over 150 pounds not sure how this could happen to $1000 pair of skis.. ???
And nothing in compensation.

I have Rossignol X-ium Skate Premium…

I have Rossignol X-ium Skate Premium boots, two years old . Now I lost a screw, which keeps the metal loop in carbon strap to tighten. I have asked from a national importer in Finland if they can offer any screw to fix it. Mo, they have no spare screws. Is there any possibilities to buy it( boots cost over 600€) or give me an advice where can I ask it for?

Fraudulent web shop ⛔️

Do not buy from the rossignol web store - they will scam you!

After buying from Rossignol’s website I received a discount code to be used for my next purchase. However, once I purchased again the discount code was invalid. Customer service was very bad and rude. They will change the terms and dates of their promotions to make sure that customers will not get the product they are requesting. I have screenshots to prove my case.

Never buying from this brand again and will return everything my family has purchased.
Cannot recommend shopping here. Buy from another brand or with retailers. It is simply too risky and expensive as they will not live up to their promises.
