An excellent experience from start to finish! Whilst in the process of selling my share of freehold house, it became apparent that my lease contained a clause which was no longer mortgage compliant. I contacted Emma to find out how to rectify this, and very quickly received clear replies explaining the options, timescales and costs. There was a time pressure as we had already exceeded the developer's deadline for completion of our onward newbuild purchase. Emma and her team did everything they could to expediate a Deed of Variation with lease extension; without their help, I feel certain we would have lost our onward purchase. We are extremely grateful!
