100% SCAM. Beware.
I followed the rules and terms and conditions properly and worked for hours surfing. Finally I requested payout of $5.00. Even after 24 hrs, I didn't receive my payout. When I tried to login, the message said "Account suspended.
Reason: Using any software to automatically view or to validate our SURF ads is strictly prohibited". I did not use any software or anything. It took over 2 hours to manually validate the surf ads every day. I joined on august 15th and for one month, I manually surfed for 2 hours every day to make $5. They couldn't even pay my hard earned $5. It's a total waste of time and slavery work. SCAM. If you have joined or about to join, Please DON"T. It's a complete waste of time and a total scam. The positive reviews here are fake ones and they DON'T pay new members. Even after reading the scam reviews I took a chance and went ahead and surfed because I had already joined and halfway though the payout amount. However it turned out to be a SCAM.

the site is good but it's missing to release the withdrawals from the other wallets like Airtm, paypal, payeer I've also been wanting to make a withdrawal to my airtm wallet and so far the site is not available for me to make my withdrawal, please rotate4all available at minus the airtm wallet please

According to website terms & conditions, cashout will be completed within 24 hours. It became 2 or 3 days my earnings of 5.11 USD did not get to still to my skrill account, they show me in cashout always pending processing. Again when I log in rotate4all account showed me this notification '' Account suspended.

They will ban you giving some reason when you will request payout. BEWARE !! Dont waste your time & efforts..

Sadly my account block after all effort given, numzrous click, referal links in several platform. But all sudden the account is blocked.

Very bad conversion. Lots of traffic but it doesn't convert. There are better places to buy cheap traffic that converts.
