Emailed with a simple question, never got a response. But they'll happily spam the f out of you with promo emails.
This place has the most abysmal, dishonest customer service. I had a problem with an order I placed July 4th and the problem was their fault. They ignored my email and they read but ignored each Facebook Messenger message I sent. When I called, their voicemail picked up saying their mailbox was full. After I finally reached someone, I got nothing but BS. They still haven't made my order right, as they sent the correct item to the opposite side of the country. Now they're giving me the run around and they blatantly lied to me while on the phone. Looking at a couple of other recent reviews, looks like this is now their standard business practice. They now can deal with the chargeback from my dispute with Amex. Buyer beware.
This company has been around for a while and I have received excellent service from Scott. Also, worthwhile mentioning is that they have good Google reviews (note reviews, not a review, a total of 25), always a reassuring sign for me.
Before I placed the order, I enquired which company they use to send parcels overseas. I received a reply back from them on the same day. I proceeded to place the order on the 11th of February and the parcel was delivered at the U.S.A. hub on the 21st.
