The Route 1 Team always provide an excellent service from start to finish. Their customer service and print quality are first-class.
One suggestion which could be helpful is to have a text message to say if there are any issues or updates with the artwork, if and when they arise, especially when you're not able to view emails.

Route 1 are fantastic company to deal with.
As a printer & broker, I rely on fast, informed & helpful people when dealing with all aspects of the print process. R1 are by far the best when it comes to dealing with print issues, which although rare, can happen & other trade printers often find any excuse as to why it's not for them to help or find the solution. Customer service & the Artwork team @ R1 will always be a huge asset to their clients, well done all.

High-five Hannah is a helpful artworker : )
Various errors can occur in files output for print from a computer, especially when the file is bounced through a variety of digital systems. This means files need checking, and pulling and replacing sometimes, at the receiving end, regardless of who made them. Hannah from R1 responded to a concern I had about a file that should have been okay. She responded quickly and allowed me to replace a file. Communication was clear, enjoyable, on point and friendly. I am polishing her halo as I type.

Just had another great experience with Route 1 Print via the online chat, I’m on a train with no access to my artwork on a previous order, Ashley was so helpful, found the artwork and attached it to my urgent order that I was able to place via my phone.
