We were travelling to Blackburn for an away match and weren’t confident we’d be able to secure tickets in the away end through the general sale. To avoid missing out, we decided to book hospitality tickets with Blackburn Rovers FC—and it turned out to be a fantastic decision.
The pricing was extremely reasonable, especially compared to similar experiences we’ve had at other clubs. From start to finish, the whole process was smooth and straightforward, made even better by the outstanding support from the staff.
A big shoutout to Jen and Zach, who were brilliant throughout. When we phoned to book, they went above and beyond—helping us secure seats in the away end, clearly explaining how the day would run, and outlining everything included in the hospitality package.
As we were celebrating a birthday, they also offered to put a birthday message up on the big screen at half-time, along with a greeting in the lounge. That extra level of thoughtfulness really stood out.
From the moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty. Every member of staff greeted us warmly with a smile and a “good morning,” doors were opened for us, and nothing felt like too much trouble. The attention to detail and genuine friendliness made a huge difference to the overall experience.
Honestly, we couldn’t have asked for more—everything was absolutely spot on. A brilliant example of how hospitality should be done, and something we’d highly recommend to anyone visiting.
