I bought a pair of trainers from…

I bought a pair of trainers from Roberrys in mumbles Swansea, and when I got home I tried them on. There was a raised edge inside of the right foot that was digging in my toe, so I tried to return them, and asked if they had another pair, which they didn’t l, so I asked for a refund, but was told quite rudely NO ! but out of a good will gesture they would give me a credit note. I told them I would prefer a refund but again told no, and they wouldn’t refund on something like that ( his words), and told to go to consumer advice if I have a problem then he walked off. I have now paid £65 for a pair of trainers that are no good to me.
I would definitely not buy from this shop again, as they are rude, and unhelpful!
