I have bought a new house on Royal Gardens in Blackpool. I was looking at various models and had my heart set on one of them. Sadly I missed out on that but Elaine who was the sales adviser gave me further options within my budget. Elaine made sure that the model I have now bought was suitable due to my disabilities. Elaine could have just done a basic sales job but she went really above and beyond and showed a real caring attitude. She made sure I understood everything and guided me through the process expertly. Thank you for all your help Elaine you really showed what Rowland homes is all about.

The purchase of our house was not the smoothest due to us losing the buyer on our property, but Elaine was very positive and supportive and eventually our purchase was completed. We cannot thank her enough for all her help.

We are just at the beginning of our journey with Royal Gardens, but we already cannot thank Elaine enough for everything she has done for us so far. From the very start she has been absolutely fantastic — professional, caring, approachable and always willing to go the extra mile to help.

Once I moved in, Brian the site manager and Richard were brilliant at working through my snag list — friendly, efficient and nothing was too much trouble.

The house itself is perfect for me and my little family. It's not huge, but it doesn't need to be — and the location more than makes up for it. I regularly have genuine "pinch me" moments when I take my dog out into the stunning countryside surrounding the estate. I still can't quite believe I get to live here.

I recently bought my home through Rowland Homes, waddicar rise and the experience has been fantastic from start to finish. Stephen, the Sales Executive, has been absolutely amazing throughout the whole process. Not only has he been friendly and welcoming, but also incredibly informative and knowledgeable every step of the way.

From initially signing with Kai on the early bird option through to reserve / exchange with Stephen the development manager. The process of buying a new home can be confusing but our sales executive Lisa Wilkinson has been extremely helpful throughout. She has been patient and responsive with all our enquiries and requests and has supported us through each step of the process. She’s a credit to Rowlands!

We had a lot of support and assistance through our purchase of a house in Waddicar Rise .
Since it was our first house, they've patiently answered all our questions and delivered clear information with no surprises and no hidden offsides. I love the transparency for that they say what it is and not a customer might hope for.
House is midsize but none of the rooms is awfully small and the development is in a lovely area...
Post purchase service is excellent and quick...
I think we've got a great value for the price and I love it... I'd purchase again with them!

Olivia and her colleagues made the entire process as edifying as purchasing a new build can be. We felt a genuine sense of support at times when hurdles appeared in the conveyancing timeline, in that Olivia went above and beyond in seeking to expedite all matters.
The quality of the build is to a much higher standard than other houses we viewed in the local area, built by so called bigger companies.
The after sales service, including snagging where required, has been excellent.

The quality of workmanship and the initial design of the homes is shocking, after 4 large water ingress into the house and garden that floods due to poor initial design as the run of water pours onto the garden and floods as there is no drainage, after initial acceptance of blame Roland homes senior team offered £500 compensation instead of fixing the problem. and this is after spending £1000 pounds on turfing which is now knackered due to the waterlogged garden, joke! I am now left with a big bill to fix something that should have never been a problem.
if you want a dream home with no stress and a quality product to spend your hard earned cash on, choose another company as rowland home is a shambles.

We have recently purchased a plot in Cuerden Place and are absolutely delighted with both the quality of the house and the wonderful location. What truly made the experience exceptional, however, was the incredible support we received throughout the entire process, especially from Olivia, the Sales Executive, and Pete and Tony, the two Site Managers.
They went above and beyond at every stage to ensure everything was smooth and reassuring, always taking the time to answer our questions and make us feel fully supported. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine care gave us complete confidence that our home was being built to the highest standards.

Fantastic experience, really pleased!

What a absolute bunch of robbing gets. We reserved a plot for a 4 bed detached in Melling and because there was a hold up with our chain, we were unable to exchange contracts within the specified time frame. We had already gone over this time frame when we ordered and paid for £6200 worth of extras. Fast forward a few weeks and they informed us we needed to exchange, we chased up and solicitors were on it, next thing, they cancelled our reservation and are refusing to refund the majority of the monies paid. So far they have said they will refund £2246 for flooring but cannot refund for appliances as they have "been ordered" our solicitors have dealt with most the new build companies except these and have never come across anything like this. I wonder would they have cancelled if we had never ordered extras because they would have only made £500 as opposed to £4500. Scandalous, avoid like the plague!!! I wonder how many others have lost money through no fault of their own....disgraceful Rowland

Met with Stephen who was warm, friendly and professional. He knew exactly how to assist us and matched our requirements to homes that may be of interest.

We had been due to Reserve a Bellway Home but after meeting Stephen and viewing the Show Homes we have decided to cancel the appointment and stay with Rowland.

It’s very rare to meet a representative of any company who is as welcoming and professional as him.

As a Director within a PLC, I am not easily pleased as every day I need to manage personalities but Stephen your Management Skills really are exceptional and a credit to Rowland Homes
