Always a large Q. Staff are good. There should be a priority line for just picking up prescription. Items on Prescription can be out of Stock. You wouldn't know till you go back the next day to pick the item up.

A consistently excellent service
A consistently excellent service, from order to delivery with great communication throughout.
I receive monthly reminders by email to order my prescription and this is followed up with regular updates until delivery is received.

I would like to say how amazing…
I would like to say how amazing Slobhan in the BRI pharmacy, I sometimes dread having to pick meds up with the queue and waiting times.
She is always helpful helping people with babies, getting the queue down, sorting the lines of waiting people and if some meds are not there, she will find out why.

Well organized pharmacy
Well organized pharmacy. I always use Rowlands Pharmacy online app for ordering GP prescribed medicines online. They get delivered promptly buy Royal mail to home address with free service.
The entire process is seamless and straight forward. I have been using this service for couple of years.
