Was going to order Creator NXT Pro 9 from an email offer. When trying purchase it goes to a Cleverbridge checkout and the $59.99 was listed as $69.99. It also says $59.99 on the website. I don't know if this is a bait and switch or not but seems that way. I have Corel Draw suite and have customer service issue but at least solved it.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Absolutely dreadful! I tried for three years to get Roxio Toast to install. Useless error messages, and even more useless customer service!! No help at all! And now they refuse to give me my money back. Avoid like the plague! And they won't even talk to me directly, it has to go through something called Cleverbridge, whatever the hell that is. Well, it's not clever, and if it's a bridge at all, it's very broken.

I eventually got an email saying that the payment had failed. Checking my bank statement at a later date, I found that the payment had left my account on the 3/10/2024. I contacted the help centre to ask why they had saidion the email of the 10/10/2024, saying that the payment had failed when it hadn`t because it had left my account a week earlier.

The response was quite dogmatic and insisted that they hadn`t been paid.

I won`t be trying to re-purchase in case another £30.00 of my money, gets lost` in their computer
system.

A shocking experience.

Unfortunately for Roxio they seem to have lost their way as an organisation. I purchased Toast 20 Pro from them, and quickly discovered a fundamental flaw in the software. DVDs and BluRay's you create — even using their basic templates — are unusable once burnt.

Whilst in preview mode you can quite clearly navigate the menu system of your DVD/BluRay, with each button on your menu individually highlighting. Once burnt, no such highlight exists, so the DVD/BluRay simply can't be navigated to be watched.

It's a fundamental flaw. This isn't some annoying little bug will only affect 1% of use cases. It's a fundamental flaw that renders the software... frankly useless.

Worst customer service ever. I bought the Toast app. The downloader failed a dozen times giving me error messages. So I contacted support. They said 24 hrs to reply. Three days later nothing. I finally got the app downloaded and then their installer displayed the same damn message. I contacted them again and now it is almost a week later and nothing!

Have sent another to emails to Roxio but still no support what so ever.Do not buy toast 20 it is a waste of time with no support.They have developed a fictitious bit of software and sold it as a product to burn cds.Will take them out of business if I can

robbers purchased easy cd dvd now when i install it says key used to many times robers go elsewere rather than these robbers tried there fix but does not work

bad the mics are rubbish i thought they were Bluetooth but no! also you still have to pay premium and some how when you do a search for the songs you want to sing it wants to charge you. just hit you tube and sing you head off. this is crap

Couldn't install the program and the support seems to be fake. I've been in a support email conversation with them for 1 month but the answers seems to be created by a bot.
