Company cannot handle payments
Sent me a reminder of the invoice before having sent the actual original invoice. Claimed me to pay reminder fee and interest. Not a serious company, not to be recommended due to the way they are handling their payments.

I ordered and paid for 2 items
I ordered and paid for 2 items. When the parcel arrived-only 1 of the items was inside.
Tried to contact customer service but no response. 1200,- SEK gone….
Won’t order from them again; sad-since their webshop is full of nice interior items and I have had good experience always when shopping in their store.

Unprofessional delivery and refund process
Very unprofessional delivery process and especially if you need a refund. It has happened already twice that they forget to deliver my product and I had to remind them: the first time, I ordered something that was actually in stock, but then never received them, until one month later when I just by chance remembered the order and then emailed them. The second time concerns a product that was not in stock, but they promised to deliver 6 - 8 weeks. After 8 weeks, nothing. When I asked for a refund, the customer service instead told me they will check with their distributor. I had to email a second time and ask again for a refund. Then the refund came, but with wrong amount. Then I called and got informed that since the purchase was paid partly with present card, the rest of the amount will be refunded to the present card. So all is good, but the process takes way too much energy and it seems that there is always a risk that if you forget about your order, so will royaldesign.se.

As there are longer delivery times for back order items than normal and this is largely due to the prevailing situation that is happening around the world with Covid-19.
Our suppliers have difficulty with production and delivery, which unfortunately causes delays.
The delivery times we have on the website are only estimated and in some cases there may be a further delay.
When you cancel an item or an order with us, you get your money back in the same way as you paid and we are sorry if that information did not appear when you contacted us and you had to contact us again.
