This is NOT official Royalmail website

This is NOT an official Royalmail website- it is a chat service for posties and the like to share opinions and gripes with fellow workers about our work, pensions, changes etc.
Invaluable source of up-to-date links on RoyalMail policies too.

We had a txt from Royal Mail saying…

We had a txt from Royal Mail today saying they had tried to deliver a large letter, this was untrue, we have a ring camera without showing any evidence, also ther were two people and a good house dog in the home, I was given the option of redelivery which was going to cost £1.45…. I view this as extortion,
I then tried to find out if we had been scammed, what a waste of time, wanted to charge £1.00 and card details!… no way was I going down that road
Apparently this seems to be a scam email!…. What a shame when I tried to find a number to speak to a person all the available numbers had recorded messages, not at all helpful for elderly folk

Its not chat

Its not chat, its a bot asking questions a leading to one thing. The end with no resolution. You're a joke of a company. If DPD, Fedex and all the rest went bust I would deliver it myself
