I have one bullion order which was ordered on 5th January 2026, I have contacted your CS, and they did not provide the confirmed answer where is my order? One of your CS told me that the order is in shipping and wait for dispatch, do you think it needs to be waited for near a month to release the shipment to courier?

The item arrived swiftly and it is very beautiful.
This was my first purchase from The Royal Mint and my items arrived quickly and securely. My items were in excellent condition. Great customer service. I’m extremely happy with my purchase and will definitely buy from them again.
So sad that I didn’t read these reviews before trusting you. I bought 2 coins and you have sent 1. A very abrupt person on the telephone says you will do an ‘investigation’ at some point!! What needs investigating? Meanwhile you keep my money. Stupid me

I bought 10g Britannia gold bar. All transaction from choosing to purchasing was very easy and safe . A few days later I received my purchase with special and secure delivery . Very pleased . I recommend yo everyone

Extremely disappointed. Order #OB-26685674 has been 'Pending' for 26 days which I already paid. I have emailed the Head of Customer Services and was promised a response within 48 hours, but that deadline has passed with no contact. Total lack of communication for an international customer. Very disappointing experience for an international collector.

SCAMMERS!! Stay away and don’t purchase from this company. Although they’re are a large company, they take your money without sending you an order confirmation when you make a purchase. I ordered 3 loki silver 1oz bars and noticed a charge for £350 on my bank statement by them. No order confirmation received and no bars came in the post. After contacting complaints and customer service with proof, they respond back asking for evidence and completely ignore you. It’s been almost 2 months now and I’m out of pocket.
Don’t make the same mistake, they seem reputable but the biggest scammers. They lie and I’ve spoken to other people who experienced something similar so it must be happening frequently

The coins were amazing. Took a bit of time to be delivered but it was ok. The prices here though are relatively more expensive than others
Rubbish website, rubbish Date of Birth requirement that take 720 button presses to send a comment. Easir to interract with the French mint and a far better experience. Can't even get a VAT invoice on line without waiting an hour or so to ring a non exstance customer service munber that records it is everyone else's issue's
UK monopoly that doen't work for customers!

Absolutely terrible! Been trying to arrange an exchange since December. At the moment no replacement goods and no refund. Emails are going unanswered for weeks. Have even emailed Chief Executive but no reply. Now going to email the rest of the management team as this is starting to feel like fraud!!!

Everything was fantastic and easy from start to finish
Having spoken to Royal Mint about my issues and clearly stating out website issues Royal Mint was able to cancel majority of orders but managed to miss a few (unsure how as I had listed every order number).
I first got in contact with Royal Mint on the 30th January and here we are 1 month later, Royal Mint are now refusing to answer any of my emails after offering to issue a QR code to return a package that had been delivered again this was their fault!
They got in contact on the 4th of December acknowledging they hadn’t cancelled all due to their carelessness.
I sent a email on the 5th 9th and 13th, I got a response on the 13th asking if I would like a QR code to return the item that was delivered due to their mistake. I responded on the 13th saying yes to the QR code, since then I’ve contacted on the 20th 24th 26th and now 2nd March.
No way to get a hold of them, phone is just constantly waiting, email I’m ignored. Will be starting chargeback

The Royal Mint staff were as helpful as ever, I was able to telephone them as I had made a mistake with my order, they quickly found and rectified the mistake and got my order in line. The mint then sent me my order, as these are valuable and sought after, the delivery is staggered for the collection, from a security point-of-view and in terms of desirability it makes sense to dispatch the collection in parts. I have received the first of them and I was aware the whole time where they were in postage terms. The goods themselves are the most exquisite examples I have seen, impeccable, surpassing even the mint’s own high quality standards. I am eagerly awaiting my next deliveries, patience is a virtue, and it is enjoyable to appreciate each of this quite unique collection, if you love what the Royal Mint offers and you aren’t impatient, I think you’ll agree they offer a first class service and a quality of products that is second to none. Thank you.
Delivery took longer than expected. Packaging could have been better. The coins had come out of the tube and were rattling about in the cardboard box on receipt by post.

It’s been almost a month since I placed my order which was on the 3rd of February, it is now 2nd March and I’ve yet to receive my order. I’ve had to speak to customer services three times and each time I have not had a follow-up. I’ve made other purchases from another supplier gold.co.uk and their service was quicker and the prices were cheaper! considering Royal Mint has such a rep reputation, I’m very surprised with the treatment that I’ve received . I would not recommend and definitely should try going with billions by post they’re a lot more professional and quick to respond to issues.
