Family type business well run by friendly staff. They certainly know the projector market and advice given on what to buy and why was excellent. Would use again if price of what was required was competitive.
In my view the mark of a good company to do business with is how well they respond when unforeseen problems arise. Row Jowett did a great job of communicating and resolving a problem that was not necessarily of their making. I would trust them to handle my future online purchase of high value AV equipment.
Roy jowetts i have found to be a good retailer,in the past i have bought projectors and dvd players as well as speakers.
i have not had any trouble with them,if you have any questions regarding a purchase i have found them to be very helpfull .
they are competitive on prices and give good after sales service.
if you are after something for audio visual and stumble upon them and you have never heard of them just like i did then give them ago ,you will not be disappointed.
