Just booked a studio with RR Properties for my summer internship. Did the viewing via video call, it was very smooth and the studio looked great. Looking forward to staying there soon!

It’s not always easy to find a short-term let (>6mos) in London, but this flat is centrally located and spacious. The building is quiet, and the office staff were extremely helpful. I miss it already :(

The flat was surprisingly spacious, plenty of room for our family trip. really appreciated the free luggage storage option too, made things way easier. everyone was super friendly!

The staff at rr, especially Mr. Hashim, are super friendly and easy to deal with. I even got to see my flat in person without any extra cost - way better than other agents I've tried!

My experience with RR Properties was extremely disappointing. The flat was handed over in poor condition — stained sofa, damp on walls and ceiling, broken furniture, and even an extra bed in the living room. The “professional cleaning” promised in the contract was never done; it happened almost 10 days after I moved in, carried out by the building’s maintenance worker (who was kind and helpful, but it wasn’t his job). I lived in the same flat back in 2016 — it was already worn down then, and even the refrigerator light still doesn’t work. At the end of the tenancy, I paid £150 for professional cleaning, yet they still deducted £150 from my deposit saying it should have cost “at least £325.” The contract never mentioned any fixed cleaning fees or required company. Unfair, unprofessional, and disappointing experience.

The facilities around are great and surrounding blocks are very suitable for living. Moreover, staff are highly efficient and provide considerate service. Strongly recommend!

My stay at 5 white horse street has been smooth and hassle-free. The apartment was in excellent condition when I moved in, and any maintenance issues were handled promptly. The landlord has been responsive and approachable throughout, which I really appreciated. I’ve felt well taken care of during my tenancy, and I’d recommend this place to anyone looking for a reliable rental

Had a wonderful experience with RR Properties. It was my first time renting abroad and they were incredibly helpful. The team was friendly and professional. Anytime something needed fixing they would arrange repairs on the same day, sometimes even outside of working hours. Very good service, highly recommend!

RR properties is truly a wonderful company. My 3 friends and I were lucky to have come across them and lease an excellent flat at 10 Reeves Mews. I never imagined as a 2nd year university student at UAL I would get the chance to live in central Mayfair. The flat was so incredibly beautiful and reasonably priced. RR properties helped us every step of the process of leasing, and any maintenance that needed to be done within the flat was done in a timely manner. It was a pleasure working with RR properties and their lovely staff.

I'm a student and I have been with them for the past two years now. Since then, they have been very welcoming, understanding and helpful when it came to me finding a new place with my friend and when it came to resolving issues, regarding the flat. They are only a phone call/text away and are quick with their replies, if you need help. Their office is also near my current flat so is very convenient if we need to hold a quick meeting to discuss anything. Also, they have a maintenance team on hand to fix any issues asap. Would definitely recommend!

Rented with RR for 2 years, they're very quick to answer the phone and respond to problems in the flat. Easy letting process and always kept us updated on changes, maintenance, etc. Amar and Hayley are great agents who always try their best despite the busy times. The office is also nearby which is convenient.

It was great living at Oakley street, Chelsea. The property is well take care of, neat, tidy and cozy (cleaning and bills included which is fab). It has good interiors and kitchen appliances too which makes it worth every penny. Never faced any issues as such :)

I have been living at Oakley Street in London for about a year. Finally, I found a place where i want to renew and do not need to leave desperately. This is because the building is nice, tidy and always clean, the neighbours are quite and well-educated, and, importantly, easy going landlord and RR team that understand our needs and facilitate the whole process. Believe me this is rare nowadays. So please come and visit it if you want a quite place in one of the most interesting places in London.

The flat was good for its price, but the service provided by the agency was exceptionally good. They were considerate and nice. They responded to inquiries and concerns very timely.

Highly recommend this agent! RR Properties have been the best in helping us relocate from another country and have assisted us when we didn’t know how to move to London. Great location, near the subway, bus stops and many nice restaurants.
