I think it is a company policy: Be as much unfriendly as you can and don't provide any support after the sale. Ignore e-mails. say nothing when we show up at the store. It is a shame as the concept is really good. We have ordered a sofa and paid 2500 euro for it, 8 weeks has passed, nothing was delivered to the store and store doesn't reply any of our e-mail, we leave in Belgium about 1.5h drive from the shop and we need to know the exact delivery date to organise the transport and take a day off at job. But no one communicating to us. In addition I am 8 month pregnant and this causes me a lot of stress and discomfort.
