After dealing with them for 2 weeks, they pulled a deal the night before we were due to collect it so that they could sell it to someone else at a higher price. Incredibly frustrating and a waste of everyone’s time.
Cannot rate Rav at RSK Cars Ltd enough. From the very first point of contact from putting interest into a car right up to after sales Rav was very customer orientated. Nothing was too much, no question to “silly”. On arrival at collection day he to great care to allow us time to have a thorough look at the car, allowed us to take it for an in-depth test drive and even came with the car to drop off the hire car we had. Even after care was excellent, after leaving the dealership I noticed two small stone chips in the windscreen. Rav offered to pay for the insurance excess. Instead reimbursed me when I had to pay for it out my own pocket. What a guy! What a dealership! Would highly recommend to anyone
