This Service is Paying People to Leave Fake Reviews
The owner of this service is paying random people Runescape gold(gp) to leave 5 STAR reviews of their service in order to increase the average rating and push all the legitimate reviews to the back of the list.
If you decide to leave negative feedback they report your review so that it doesn't show until it's been approved while they proceed to push it further back on the list and out of sight.
Those who only take a quick look at the average rating might decide they offer a legitimate service, but if you do some research you'll find they are stealing account information, money, and in-game items.
Don't believe me? Just look at how many reviews they get in a single day, followed by an abnormal break. I have proof of their paying for reviews but it's likely against the Trustpilot guidelines so I'll save it for me.
