Received our goods today by delivery boys Nicholas and Noble, awesome customer service, no dings or scratches, straight in and straight out. A++++

Great service from the team at Kippa ring. Been shopping there some time and always get the best deal. Always willing to listen to what I want and get it sorted the way I want.
Would not go to another store, these guys are too good!

Staff are so friendly. Service is 10 out of 10. Delivery excellent.

Only comment I have is that as an existing customer upgrading and adding new item, I was promised cash back within 7-14 days, however I was not informed that I needed to pay the first month in advance within 5 days to receive the cash back offer.

Noble was very friendly and helpful. He made sure that every thing was set properly before he left. A very pleasant experience.

Nicholas & noble are absolute legends they made something that would of been impossible for me to do they made it easy and stress free!

The best experience I’ve ever had.

I was lucky enough to get both Michael and Ben (store managers) on my visit.
They were efficient and went above and beyond to make sure I got the best product and care.
I left feeling completely confident in my purchase.
Even straight through to delivery where Michael and Tyson installed our products.

Everyone involved were incredible. And I would 100% recommend RT Edwards and their services to anyone.

Troy at the kawana waters branch was fantastic and so helpful with all my needs and helped me make the best decision for me I’m so happy with my new TVs and for such a great price ☺️

Noble and Nicholas were our delivery people. Highly recommended these two especially. Both very efficient, on time, delicate with our furniture. Easy to get along with and have a laugh. Just great people in general ! Definitely go with them again.

Ordered a washing machine over the weekend and had it arrive two days later, RT Edwards offered a competitive price on our Electrolux washing machine. My online shopping experience has been great!

Two days after the purchase, Noble and Nicholas arrived on time with our new washing machine, they were super friendly and helpful. Noble removed our old washing machine and installed the new one with great efficiency. Big thanks!
