Never again Rubart
Order was made on 9.12.2020. Ok, 15 days for delivery, because the goods are not in stock. No problem.
But until the end of the month, nothing. I decided to wait for the goods.
But again 20 days and they can not deliver goods???? No way, I have enough and want my money back. They have all data of me, my bank account and I still have no money on it. I buy a lot of stuff online, but I will never buy at Rubart, even if they have all goods -90% off.
Just return my money back. I will spend it at some normal shop.
I hope this will see someone at Trustpilot and remind Rubart that the bussines is not made that way.

The only place for Oase parts guaranteed
Could not find any shop in the uk where I could purchase the “c” coupling that I needed to replace the one that had been damaged on my Oase pondovac 5,Rubart GmbH in Germany came to my rescue.From ordering to delivery which was very quick the process was very professional and faultless. I would definitely recommend Rubart GmbH and would have no hesitation in dealing with them again.

You got a month to wait for your order?!
D. 18/6 I ordered my stuff. Today it is d. 11/7 and so far the only thing i got is some emails where they apologise that they still lack what i ordered, and they still wait for it from the manufacturer.
They take about 2-4 days on replying on emails.
They have good prices, but if you need the stuff within a month (or maybe two), simply find another place to shop, and pay those few quids more..
