Delivery mare. NZ Post so usless. You did everything right and yet they choose send message that is wrong re delivery (1.30 till 4:30). I wait all PM. Give up go out at 5 and the gimp/driver shows up at 5:30 leaves a card for me to drive 10ks and pick up. That aside product great thanks.

Sirui HC-200 Electronic Humidity Control Cabinet
The product I ordered - a humidity control cabinet - was not immediately available from the supplier as expected. Rubber Monkey let me know immediately and gave me a revised delivery date. The product actually arrived within the original timeframe stated on the order so no appreciable delay and I was very happy. Good communication inspires confidence!

Very reliable service
My experience of RubberMonkey across several orders now has been great. They generally have decent prices, good sales and sought after items tend to be in stock. Additionally, they use Courier Post for delivery which is by far the most consistent and reliably overnight service in NZ, even down to Christchurch. Can't fault them! Thanks to the team at RubberMonkey.
