Great quality product
I didn't find the customer service very good when I called with questions.
The Quality of the materials was brilliant but could have done with some better instructions. Again the Quality is brilliant and I belive the rubber roof will stay intact for 20 years!

Poor trade experience, awful delivery and tiny discount
I run a tree and garden services business and opened a trade account with Rubber Roofing Direct in November.
I first placed an order of just over £520 at full price. Afterwards I noticed they offer trade discounts, so I applied for a trade account. Once it was approved, I emailed them before the order had been shipped asking if they could apply the trade pricing to that order. I was told they couldn’t and that the discount would only apply to future orders. It was only when I replied saying I would just cancel and re-place the order that they then agreed to refund the “trade discount difference”.
I then had to chase this discount for weeks by email. In the end the trade discount they worked out was only about £14 on a £520+ order, which felt pretty poor, and it took multiple credit notes and follow-ups before it was finally refunded back to my original payment method.
Delivery was just as frustrating. The order turned up in multiple parts, the rubber itself went missing and I had to wait ages for it to finally arrive, which delayed my job.
Overall I came away feeling like they are not interested in new trade customers. The whole experience felt disorganised, slow and not transparent, and I’ll be looking for a different supplier next time.

Very good quality products arriving…
Very good quality products arriving before estimated delivery date.
Easy to order and pay via their website.
Definitely worth a 5* rating but just had a slight hiccup with the IT. The autofil on the delivery address kept putting the wrong address but the correct postcode. Called customer services who corrected the address and email confirmed.
The products and delivery were spot on. Would definitely order products from this company again.

Ordered rubber roof kit which arrived very quickly. As a DIYer watched the training videos provided and found the products supplie to be very good quality and found the installation went smoothly. Very satisfied.
