Having read all the negative reviews I was very reluctant to order but Rubbersole was the only company supplying AS98 boots. I am relieved to say my order arrived in 6 days and I cannot fault the service I have received

I placed an order for doc martens boots on the 29th July 2023 it is now 6th August and still no boots I don’t have an order number so I can’t track my delivery i have had no correspondence no up dates on delivery

I’ve got to say after reading bad reviews I was thinking twice about placing an order!! I can honestly say I’ve had no problems at all and it’s been amazing service.. Free delivery and item arrived within a few days of placing the order.. Thank You Rubbersole I will definitely order again.

You can trust them
I was worry at beginning as after checkout the transaction done under Spartoo name.and I read review about Spartoo before and that was the reason I didn’t order on Spartoo website.
But I can say Great price and received parcel after 7 days.
I just give 3 star because they say on the website free standard delivery but they charged me £4.99 for delivery.

Regarding delivery, we do offer free delivery and returns, yet there is an asterisk * which explains the details further when clicked upon.
For all orders placed on Spartoo.co.uk, we use 2 warehouses; one is located in the UK (Peterborough) and the other one in France (our central warehouse).
For all items coming from our UK warehouse:
- £2.50 for Evri Standard for orders under £30
- £4.98 for Evri Express for orders under £30
- Free for Evri standard for orders over £30
- £3.98 for Evri Express for orders over £30
After Brexit took place, we had to stop all shipments from France momentarily due to logistical reasons. We have now managed to activate shipping for items coming from the French warehouse, but unfortunately delivery is not free for these items.
For orders coming from our French warehouse, delivery is £4.98 with UPS Standard.
You can tell where your item is coming from based on which courier service is being offered when you proceed to the payment page.

Don’t use this company, I’ve been waiting on a delivery for 10 days and can’t get in touch with anyone at customer service, shocking service
Update: I have received the £4 compensation, still unable to chat to anyone in customer service, and still have no trainers or an estimated date for delivery, now 4 days past my partners birthday, it’s bad day when the best form of communication to a company is via trust pilot

Very Happy Customer
I read some poor reviews so was reluctant to use Rubbersole but they were the only place that had what I wanted in stock, in my size. I received a £10 discount voucher from them so I ordered my trainers. They were delivered exactly when they said they would be, free of charge. They arrived well packaged, correct item, great quality. I did ring them about the discount voucher initially as it didn't work but they sorted this immediately for me. I would have no problem recommending Rubbersole and I will use them in the future. :-)

Amazing service by amazing staff!
Initially I was a bit hesitant to order from Rubbersole after reading the reviews but when I ordered, I was surprised to see how efficient and ethical they are.
Everything was processed smoothly and was well above my expectations.
Never have I received such kind of professional support.
The credit goes to Adriana who went out of the way to give exceptional customer service. It was certainly a WOW experience for me.
