Ruby sweeps is a bit different, in a GREAT WAY
Ruby sweeps is a bit different than other sites... it's focus seems to be more on live bingo than slots. Personally, this is quite refreshing. I enjoy bingo so I am really happy I stumbled upon RubySweeps. This doesn't mean they don't have slots, they do. They are exclusive from any other sites (at least any sites I've been to), plus it's not hard to hit bonus rounds that pay larger than one would think. So, on some lesser known sites generally when I hit a bunch of bonuses in a short amount of time I can pretty much count on there being a problem when I go to redeem. Not here, they don't play games with your winnings, they pay you and FAST. I put in a redemption for $500 the first night I played there (a Friday before a long bank holiday weekend) and the winnings hit my debit card ON SUNDAY! Then, on that Sunday I hit $400 on their live bingo and put in a redemption that night which hit my bank the next day (which was a bank holiday). I can't guarantee they are this fast all the time but I can say this is one site that is trustworthy and I recommend to everyone that is interested in social casinos. I really like Ruby Sweeps!
I really like this place. I have made a few purchases & won a share of the community jackpot last week. I had redeemable emeralds but decided to keep playing for the Game of the Week Game, which I really enjoyed the music to :) Unfortunately I asked Alan, the AI assistant about Game of the Week Jackpot & he/it told me that this particular jackpot is not guaranteed a winner every week, & can roll over to the next game & the next week. As I'm rechecking my promotional emails from Ruby Sweeps just now, I see that this particular jackpot seemingly does have a guaranteed winner once weekly, nomatter what. It's a question I should have asked a human & I knew that when I asked, but the AI assistant was so certain that I didn't. Obviously it saved me quite a bit of $ had I continued spending & not won, I just wish I hadn't ever asked it & had continued trying. There's always this week, but if I'm not confused now, the $1500+ jackpot that went 6 days & 20+ hours with no winner when I last checked & I stopped trying to win after asking Alan AI, could be won at any time during the week, & is sub $200 at this time 1/7th into the week. I've not tried bingo yet, but am excited about that too. This place deserves 5 stars regardless, & maybe I'll get lucky someday & see how smooth the redemtion process is!

Bad RTP, Outdated Games, Instant Card Redeem Doesn't Work With Online Bank Cards
The people saying they won "$15 on the wheel" are lying/fake reviews-- the wheel only goes up to $2 😒
99% of the time you'll only get .10 cents. And the "Instant Debit Card" option only works if you have a brick-and-mortar bank, they don't accept cards from online/digital/fin tech banks like Cash App, Current, etc. Also, their games are boring and look super outdated.

This portal is horrible. I won once and now I guess they are taking their money back. I have spent hundreds and no bonuses or player rewards. I got to bronze and the o my thing I ever get is the wheel with .20cents. The bonuses are very tight even if you play on the higher bets. I guess after you redeem do t play again.

Ruby Sweeps is a hidden gem. I love Ruby Sweeps. Customer support is helpful and anytime I’ve contacted them it’s been apparent I was dealing with live human support. The first time I reached out with a question the person I messaged informed me of a promotion that I would have completed missed out on. They even volunteered the promo code!! I was a little bummed when the daily wheel went from 50¢ to 10¢ but it’s back to 50¢!!! Ruby Sweeps’ community jackpot is the coolest thing I’ve ever seen on a Sweeps site and I make a point to play daily in case it hits!! I haven’t tried Bingo night or beat the boss but those seem like fun activities I might be interested in sometime in the future. I can’t say enough positive things about Ruby Sweeps. It truly is one of my favorite sweeps sites. The redemption process is fast and has run smoothly for me. It’s really nice you can request one once you have 50 emeralds.

Bad rewards/Bad KYC/Gimmick Withdrawal System
Daily 1 cent rewards is terrible and the KYC is terrible as well. Got my 32 gems and was excited and ready to redeem so I took very clean 2 pictures of my drivers id and sent them it to confirm my identity and they can't even do that right. I had to send a document from my bank statement just for it to get accepted. That is absolutely ridiculous. When I finally got it approved to redeem I check the minimum redeem limit and yeah... it was 50 gems you can pretty much guess what happened to my 32... Wish I could give it 0 stars tbh...
