Beware! Do not use this company. I paid for a no-parking zone and they put up the signs in front of my building, but they never sent me the actual documents despite multiple emails and attempts to call them. As a result, there was a car parked in my reserved spot on the day of my kitchen delivery and I couldn't do anything about it because the Ordnungsamt asks for the documents in order to tow the car.
Big scam!!! Worst company in the world! Run away! 55 euro for a service not delivered, no word of apology, hotline unavailable all the time.
I ordered a no parking sign 10 days before the delivery of my kitchen. I paid 55 euro but the no parking sign was never put up. I called the company 34 times in the morning before delivery (on a Monday) and sent 4 emails. I never received any feedback. Result: the company in charge of the delivery refused to deliver to me. I lost 130 euro of delivery and the assembler of my kitchen charged me 500 euro for having cancelled his service 2 days before. Run away!!!
