SCAM! Sold me a fake Burberry handbag then ghosted me
SCAM! They sold me a knock off fake Burberry vintage handbag! When I received the bag I immediately noticed that it looked nothing like the photos in their ad. The panels were two different colors and the handles did not look like the photos in their listing. It was painfully obvious it was so fake. I sent them an email with my concerns and got one reply where I was told I could send it back for a refund so I replied back asking for the return label and then they never responded. I sent many more emails with no response from them. There was also no return address or return label on the packaging. I advise to steer clear of this place. I’ve had to open a lengthy dispute with my bank, and I’m not sure I’ll get any of my money back. This merchant is a scam who uses bait and switch tactics to rip people off.
