I gave them two stars because I paid $65 and the shoes are junk material. They are so hard they hurt the soles of my feet after standing for 2 minutes. They shipped quickly but I do not recommend and I won’t shop on here again. Not quality or worth the time

Scam Company – Stay Away!
I ordered a pair of Christian Louboutin shoes from Rulala, and I never received them. Customer service claimed the package was delivered and said they had “proof” – but they never showed me anything. There was no signature, no delivery photo, nothing. I absolutely did not get my order.
When I asked for a refund, they refused and acted like it was my fault. This company is not serious and they are clearly lying to customers. I even filed a police report to document the missing package, and still, they did nothing to help me!
Rulala takes your money and doesn’t care if you get your order or not. They refuse to resolve problems and don’t stand behind their service. I will never shop with them again, and I warn everyone to avoid them. This company is dishonest, unreliable, and a total scam.

I DO NOT RECOMMED SHOPPING WITH RUE LA LA!!! Twice I've dealt with Rue La La and twice it's been awful! First time I bought some boots. I specifically filtered women's but I got a kids 10 instead. I wanted my money back since I knew I'd never shop with them again. You don't get your money back without them taxing you. So I got a "store" credit. After a few months I finally went to their website to use this "store" credit. Days later I get a email saying they canceled the order bcuz of the delivery location. Also was told I need to check further on the product mind you they're selling or backing up would need a physical address. They are nothing but a headache. I'm confused how they're in business and why they're in business?!?!?!? I really wish I would've checked the reviews before I shopped with them.

It’s useless experience. I bought toteme bag on April 16th. I haven’t received the bag 1 month later, I have contacted customer service through email, no response, absolute nightmare. Please be careful if ordering stuff from this company, as they didn’t reply for refund

This company is literally the worst. The agents you speak to are completely incompetent. They sent the wrong item, refused to send the correct one and will not issue a refund. After two phone calls they will waste your time and do nothing to resolve the situation.

No exchange for a *flawed, unwearable item! I ordered 4 shirts. HOWEVER, one of the "final sale" shirts arrived with a substantial portion of the embroidered design only partially completed! It looks ridiculous and is unwearable. I could not obtain a real person to contact on the ruelala.com "chat" to discuss - the AI answer was simply it is "final sale". Buyer BEWARE!

I agree, some thing will be final sale but you’re unaware while purchasing. If you don’t like it you’re stuck with something pretty expensive. Also they say free returns but they actually charge a “shipping fee.” When you get past the disappointment of the shipping fee, they’ll take a month to issue your refund and only after you contact them multiple times. I was sent a broken watch and they still charged the “shipping fee” to return it.

Just received my Persaman bag today…although in good condition, found someone’s empty visine bottle and a hair pin in the bottom of the bag… I bought as a “new” item… not expecting someone else’s things in the bag😡

They hide on the website where items are a final sale item. They do not accept returns on those. The sizes are american sizes, but this is not stated, including for shoes.
Ordinary returns are charged at USD 49.
Horrendous. Their bot states that final sale items are marked as such in the product description. But this is not true. They are marked as final sale in a drop down part of the screen marked as returns and shipping. Unless you click on that deliberately, you cannot see that a product if final sale. This is deliberately misleading.

I bought a pair of earrings that were described as 1.8ct tw and turned out to be less than .25 ct each tw. Now they are giving me the runaround and taking up the time allocated to make a return for refund or exchange so that they will not have to take back the fraudulent described merchandise. DO NOT BUY FROM RULALA!!!

I don't know if I was just lucky when I'm reading all the reviews below, but my experience with rue la la is actually pleasant. I made my first purchase before I read all the comments, then I read them and I was devasted. But my order came today. I opened it with a heavy heart....but everything was okay. Exactly as I ordered. Nothing broken. Everything wonderful.
I am not giving 5 stars though cause 50 bucks for a retoure is a bit much. Luckily I don't need to send anything back. I don't know...maybe I try and venture to shop with them again 🤷‍♀️

Amazing experience.at first thought name weird and sketchy won't send me iteam wanted Lacoste robe . But everything actually is good as shopping macys,dillards,yoox, Nordstrom.. I got the robe great packaging as expected shipping no issues great site will shop again

Don't waste your time! I ordered a chair, thinking I had found a great deal. I waited a month and it never came. When I contacted them, they said the order had been cancelled--no explanation, no apologies, no nothing. Terrible company, terrible customer service. Don't bother!

I ordered outfits from them , and they never arrived but were "returned." I was "refunded" in store credit. I wasn't even given a choice. Why would I want store credit? I am now having to go via Pay Pal to get my money back. This is the 2nd consecutive time I am having the same experience. Never again. Once this case is settled, I am closing my account with RLL.

This company is scam! Few days ago I ordered some fragrances from Rue La La. They delivered, however the contents of the delivery was incomplete. I ordered 8 fragrances and the delivered only 4. I contacted them and event sent screenshot of the invoices I received with the shipment, they have refused to do anything. They responded saying they have proof that these items were delivered and they were attaching picture proof of delivery, which they never did. They have no phone number to reach them on. They have no Live agent to chat with, they are in business to scam individuals of their hard earned money.
Send me invoices showing you shipped all 8 of my fragrances. I am still missing Alien Goddess, My Way by Giorgio Armani, My Burberry, and Tiffany&Co Rose gold.

I bouth from ruelala a necklace and it’s supposed to arrive to my country at 21 of March and until now I haven’t got anything. I tried to talk with them by chatting or email, but there is no response. They have a very, very bad customer service and even the tracking number that I should have to track my order, they didn’t inform me about it. I don’t recommend this website to anyone to buy from it. This is the first time and the last time I don’t know, how can I get back my money?

Zero is too high. I purchased a Gucci bag via Rue La La, used it for a year, went to sell it to Fashionphile, and their authenticators determined it was a fake. Unbelievable. While I paid a good price for a Gucci bag, it was still $1100. $1100 wasted dollars.
