Refused to refund a £156 faulty pair of Mizuno Rugby boots after 2 months of use. The same stud came out during training or games on grass after first 2 weeks. Because it stayed in by the till in the shop, no refund. Boots gone to Mizuno which is far from helpful mid season. I’ve spent £1347 in this shop in the last year but the Manager treated me like I was trying to scam him. Not worth supporting a local business when they can’t spot loyalty and we need to be following up with trading standards and consumer rights. We can get the same stuff cheaper online with more rights and less attitude.
* Update Nov 21st 2025 - Boots had not gone to Mizuno as explained in the shop. They just turned up by post at home a few days later. No explanation. No communication. Not fixed. Chatting on the sidelines, I'm not alone with this type of experience from Rugby Heaven. Reported to Trading Standards - they said, despite no communication from Rugby Heaven, we have to assume they've attempted a fix ... which is what they have to do according to 2015 Consumer Rights Act. If these are now still below quality, we can then pursue the refund.

I was hoping to pop in the store on the day that I ordered my jersey but didn’t have time so as soon as I got home I went on rugby heavens site and found the jersey and placed my order and to my surprise it came with a choice of a free jersey with it so I chose the one I wanted and before I knew it my order was delivered it only took 2 days to arrive and I was over the moon with my order the 2 jerseys fitted perfect.Excellent service 5⭐️

I have had excellent service from Rugby Heaven having purchased two pairs of wonderful Brooks Ariel running shoes from this company on two different occasions. The shoes arrived promptly and in good order.

I purchased this shirt as a birthday present for a friend, who played rugby and has a collection from all over the world. He is very hard to buy for because it seems, he has everything BUT this company, has a wide range of assorted shirts, he has never laid his hands on. Thank goodness for this company! The quality of his shirt and the colors are amazing, the stitching is going to definitely last for ages and he absolutely loved it. It is soft and breathable so it is going to be a summer hit. He said, this shirt is the first thing going in his vacation suitcase for October! Amazing deals, fabulous customer service and top quality shirts . I will definitely be doing all my business , in future, with this company!

As always whenever I deal with rugby heaven whether online or in store service is fantastic. I mainly go in to store in Cwmbran as staff are always helpful and prefer face to face.

Bordered two jerseys both 5xl they arrived and they were cool and very nice unfortunately I they seemed to be a small 5xl if you can have a small 5xl. Requested to return items and they sent me the royal mail return address . I have asked if they can be swapped to 6xl so fingers crossed they replace rather than refund. Here is hoping.

Measured son using guide from site, totally wrong and a medium was way too large for said item to fit snugly, Item ordered was rhino shoulder pads, so £4.99 added to receive item, £4.99 to send back and then another £4.99 to have a small sent which is still a terrible fit, £15 pound postage and packing, well I was not sending the small back I can tell you. Shocking way to do business, will not be using rugby Heaven again, and there was I keeping faithfull to a Welsh company.

I was amazed that good quality clothing from the 2015 Rugby World Cup was still available. easy to order and prompt delivery.
