Be warned - returning is far from easy
Unfortunately I needed to return my rug. Rugs&More’s refund process is laborious. You have to email (I sent 3 and after a last resort review on here, I finally got a response) , then you have to send video’s and pictures of the item you want to return and if they are ‘accepted’ then they will give you an address to send your return to. Then you wait……in my case, another email and I then had to provide proof of postage……..and once they have “inspected” the item, you will be granted a refund. It’s a lot. I did finally get my refund but was left feeling as if the company view their customers as untrustworthy. I won’t buy from here again.
