I ordered the selected carpet online
I ordered the selected carpet online, paid for the carpet, but I did not receive any confirmation of my order or payment from you. Nothing for a whole week. I subsequently contacted your company in various ways and only after a few more days did I receive a response and confirmation of the order. The whole process was unpleasant, I was afraid that it was a scam and I would lose all my money. In the end, everything went well, the carpet arrived and it is beautiful, but the purchasing process was unprofessional.

They use UPS to deliver carpets, it was nightmare
You cannot choose who delivers to you and they choose UPS. IT WAS A NIGHTMARE! Carpets are nice but honestly unless on sale it is not worth it.... esp since you cannot even choose who delivers it. Either discose who it will be or give ppl options to choose from even if some will be premium with extra charge. Over all if you can avoid it do not use. The carpets are nice but not worth the nightmare with delivery.
